Release Notes

OneMango Desktop 1.0.124 — This build lets you flag unhelpful Ask AI answers and fixes screenshots, attachment downloads, and voice message previews.

  • You can flag an unhelpful Ask AI answer and optionally tell us what went wrong.

OneMango Desktop 1.0.122 — This build makes Ask AI far more capable, with search, question editing, file attachments, charts and sharing, and also adds Markdown in Unreads plus several chat fixes.

  • Select an inline citation to view its source and return to the answer.
  • Ask AI quietly marks completed answers and lets you search past conversations without leaving OneMango Desktop.
  • You can edit and resend Ask AI questions without losing your draft, and copy formatted answers with optional source links and a quiet confirmation.
  • Ask AI remembers your reading position when you return and lets you paste screenshots or drag in files, with upload status and retry beside each file.
  • Find text in an Ask AI conversation with Command+F or Ctrl+F, and use keyboard shortcuts to choose agents and edit your last question.
  • Preview attachments before sending and select answer text to ask a follow-up in Ask AI.
  • Ask AI offers one relevant follow-up in the message box; press Tab to use it or Escape to dismiss it.
  • Ask AI now previews sources, displays interactive charts, and lets you share formatted answers to a chat draft through a searchable picker.
  • Rename and pin Ask AI conversations across devices, and open history search results at the matching answer.
  • Save Ask AI answers across devices and see clearer progress while answers are being prepared.
  • New Courses Posted to Chat Channels — Training admins can choose which chat channels get a post when a new course goes live, with the course cover, its length and an Open the course button, and can have courses announced as soon as they are published.

OneMango Desktop 1.0.121 — This build adds reactor names on thread reactions, a sparkle menu for writing help, and smarter Ask AI with saved drafts, sources and suggested next steps.

  • Thread reactions show names on hover and open the full list of people when clicked.
  • Use the sparkle menu to turn rough thoughts into clear messages, fix spelling and grammar, or request a reply, then review and apply the result.

OneMango Desktop 1.0.119 — This build lets you reply to messages with a screen recording, watch recordings right in chat, see who watched your clips, and get recording links sooner.

  • Send to chat now warns when a recording is private and offers to let the people in the chats you pick open it.
  • A recording sent to a chat now plays in the chat, with its title, its length and a way into Recorder.
  • A recording's card in chat now shows its title, its summary and its chapters, and a chapter plays from its own point.
  • The Recorder viewer can show who watched a recording, and a clip's card says how many people have seen it.
  • On a workspace that supports it, sending a private recording to a chat now opens it to just the people in that chat, instead of sharing it with the whole company.
  • The desktop can tell you the first time someone watches a recording of yours, and opens it on who watched.
  • You can answer a message with a screen recording — the clip is posted back to that conversation, or its thread, when you save it.

OneMango Desktop 1.0.118 — This build adds per-file downloads, instant video playback, channel pictures, a clearer conversation with yourself, easier Help & Support, and sending screenshots or recordings to chats from the annotation editor.

  • Each file in a message can be downloaded on its own, opened in the viewer when it can be shown, or all downloaded at once.
  • A video you send or receive plays right away, while a smaller copy is still being prepared.
  • Direct messages now offers your Note to self until you start one.
  • Videos recorded on an iPhone play as soon as they arrive on Mac and Windows, without waiting for processing.
  • Channels can have a picture made from their name — an emoji on a colour you can change.
  • If you can't sign in, Help & Support can still send a Login Problem — it asks for your name and email.
  • The annotation editor can send a screenshot or a recording straight to a chat, and Send to chat lets you search for and pick up to five chats.
  • Weekly Reports — Employees write a short weekly report of wins, finished work, next week's plan and where they could use a hand, and their team and managers read it on one shared wall.
  • This or That Contest Voting — Contests can now be decided by head-to-head voting, where voters pick between two entries at a time, with team entries and photo galleries.
  • Course ZIP Import and Export — Training admins can export a whole course with its videos, documents and quizzes as one ZIP and import it into another organization as a new draft.
