Release Notes

OneMango Desktop 1.0.130 — Drive arrives in the app with chat and editing, Ask AI handles playbook forms, and Today gets a fresh look with reminders, time off, action items and a weekly summary.

  • Drive is now in the app: find, preview and download your files without opening a browser.
  • Drag files or whole folders into Drive, and large uploads carry on if your connection drops.
  • Share a Drive file or make a link to it from the app.
  • Ask AI can now take the details a playbook asks for, right in the app.
  • After you approve a playbook step in Ask AI, its next step appears for you to answer.
  • Send a Drive file to a chat and see whether everyone there can open it.
  • Save a chat attachment to Drive.
  • A Drive link in a chat now opens in the app's Drive panel.
  • Edit a Drive file in its own app and upload your changes as a new version with a note.
  • Today lists the action items from your recent meetings, and you can tick them done there.
  • A Chat reminder that came due while you were away now waits on Today.
  • Today offers to clear a status you left on from an earlier day.
  • Request time off from Today, and see your balance and what is still waiting.
  • Today shows recognition you received and your teammates' birthdays and work anniversaries, with a quick way to congratulate them.
  • Managers see who on their team is out today, and one person they might recognize.
  • Before your leave starts, Today offers to set your status and pause notifications until you are back.
  • Today lists the content you own that is due for review, and you can mark it still accurate there.
  • From Friday noon to Monday noon, Today shows a few lines about your week that only you can see.
  • You can turn the weekly summary off in Preferences.
  • The menu bar (macOS) or tray (Windows) shows your next meeting, with Join.
  • On a Mac, the take-notes reminder before a meeting has a Join button.
  • You can have Today open the first time you bring the app up each day, in Preferences.

OneMango Desktop 1.0.129 — Home is now Today, with your schedule beside your work so you can join meetings, answer invites, and open AI Notepad notes in one place.

  • Today shows your schedule beside your work: what's on now or next, the rest of the day, and invites waiting for an answer.
  • Join a meeting, answer an invitation, and open or take its AI Notepad notes right from Today.
  • On Today, press A to approve, D to decline or S to snooze the selected item.
  • Event Tickets — Share the stadium, arena and theater seats your company holds, with employee requests, recorded draws, delivery checks and one payroll sheet per period.

OneMango Desktop 1.0.128 — Home is rebuilt to show what to do first and everything waiting on you, with approvals and snoozing in place, plus steadier Home and Calendar behavior.

  • Home now shows what to do first and everything waiting on you, and you can decide requests right there.
  • Snooze or dismiss an item on Home without opening the browser.

OneMango Desktop 1.0.127 — This build adds Home and Calendar to the desktop app, with clearer layouts and smoother event responses.

  • Home brings your company board and waiting requests into the desktop, with quick access to your existing apps.
  • Calendar lets you browse your schedule, respond to invitations, and create or edit events from the desktop.
  • Interviewer Pools and Live Availability — Candidates can book any time that someone in an interviewer pool is free, based on live calendars, and interviews are shared out evenly across the pool.
  • Stage-Driven Interview Scheduling — Each hiring stage can send its own scheduling link and set up the Teams or Zoom meeting, room and guest pass it needs, with interview emails your team can reword.
  • Signed Copies for People Who Don't Sign — E-Signature requests can list people who receive the completed, signed PDF by email without being asked to sign.

OneMango Desktop 1.0.126 — This build adds Drive to OneMango Desktop, makes region capture faster and more reliable, handles server request limits gracefully, and tidies Edit chat and the People tab.

  • Browse, search, preview and manage Drive files from OneMango Desktop.
  • Share Drive files in chat and save chat attachments to Drive.
  • Edit files locally and upload new versions with conflict recovery.
  • Use file-row menus, clear upload feedback and Undo after moving files to Trash.
  • Back and forward restore your folder, scroll position and selection, and clearing search returns you to where you started.
  • Move between previews and use the shared image zoom and fit controls.
  • Find Drive search with Cmd or Ctrl+F, see shorter file dates and follow active transfers from the sidebar.
  • A notice now tells you when too many requests are being made and parts of the app may stop updating for a while.
  • Recurring Training Classes — Instructor-led sessions can now repeat as one calendar series, with the roster carried forward, QR code check-in and credit after a set number of sessions.
  • Featured Files in Drive — Managers can feature up to six files for a group of people, shown at the top of the drive and on those people's Home, on desktop and phone.
  • Start-Day Invitations for New Hires — A person added before their first day gets their invitation that morning, receives preboarding mail at a personal email, and stays out of the directory and org chart until they start.
