OneMango Desktop 1.0.115

OneMango Desktop 1.0.115

This build adds an Unreads view, Drafts view, quick switcher, inline editing, slash commands and many keyboard shortcuts to Chat, plus more reliable unread counts and notifications.

New in OneMango Desktop 1.0.115

  • Starting a chat or adding members lists everyone in one scrolling view, and each picked person's remove button now works from the keyboard.
  • Add members shows invited email addresses so they can be removed before adding.
  • Replies in threads you follow now show a desktop notification.
  • Conversations with unread messages open at the first one you haven't read, marked by a "New" line.
  • Opening a thread you follow takes you to the first reply you haven't read, marked by a "New" line.
  • New keyboard shortcuts: ↑ in an empty message box edits your last message, Alt+↑/↓ moves between conversations, Alt+Shift+↑/↓ jumps to the next unread one, and Esc marks a conversation read.
  • ⌘[ and ⌘] (Ctrl+[ and Ctrl+] on Windows) go back and forward between the conversations you opened.
  • ⌘B, ⌘I, ⌘E and ⌘⇧X (Ctrl on Windows) make the selected words bold, italic, code or struck through, and the message shows them that way.
  • A new Unreads view shows every unread conversation's newest messages in one place, with Mark read and Catch up with Ask AI.
  • A thread reply you were writing is kept when you close the thread or open another one.
  • Type a colon and a few letters to pick an emoji right in the message box, or type its whole name, like :joy:.
  • Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) to jump to any conversation or person by name, or to search your chats.
  • A new Drafts view lists every message you started and haven't sent; and words left in a message box are there when you come back to it.
  • Edit your messages right where they are: press ↑ or choose Edit message, then Enter to save or Escape to cancel.
  • Type / in the message box for quick commands: /status, /remind, /mute and /unmute.
  • Congratulations and birthday messages now get a little confetti; turn it off in Preferences › General.
