Open Shifts & Scheduling from your available apps and follow the run-pick instructions shown there. Northstar must confirm the applicable locations, eligibility, pick dates, and selection rules in the current notice before operators rely on them.

A general path for a run pick

Use this sequence only alongside the confirmed Northstar notice and the instructions in the app.

    Read the confirmed notice

    Check the publication date, applicable location or work group, pick window, eligibility, and any stated selection rules.

    Open Shifts & Scheduling

    Go to the app from your available apps. Do not rely on an old saved copy if the app or current notice has updated instructions.

    Follow the app instructions

    Complete the steps shown for your account and review any confirmation displayed by the app.

    Ask about an unclear result

    If the notice and app instructions conflict or do not cover your situation, ask your operating supervisor before assuming a selection is complete.
