Find your assigned learning

Use your designated learning system as the source for assignments and any displayed due dates or status.

The exact system and sign-in route depend on your organization. In its assigned-learning area, check the course title, any due date shown, and the current status before taking action. This page does not report individual completion or establish deadlines.

Example: If “Data handling essentials” appears in your assigned list with a due date, open the course from that list and follow the status shown there. Do not rely on an old email or a sample date in a guide.

Check an assignment in the learning system

  1. 1

    Open the designated learning system

Use the sign-in route provided by your organization or its usual employee portal.

  2. 2

    Open assigned learning

Look for a section such as “My learning” or “Assigned learning”; use the labels in your actual system.

  3. 3

    Check the course details

Confirm the course title and any due date or status currently displayed on its record.

  4. 4

Open the course from its record

Launch the learning from its assignment and return to the record when finished.

If the assignment is visible—or missing

Use the record you can see, or gather details that will help someone investigate.

Assignment appears

Worked example: “Data handling essentials” is visible in assigned learning. Open that entry, check its displayed details, and launch the course from there.

  • Note the exact course title.
  • Check the due date and status shown in the system.
  • Return to the assignment record to verify its current status.

Assignment is not found

If you expected an assignment but cannot locate it, ask for help rather than assuming it is complete or overdue.

  • Include the course name or a description of the assignment.
  • Say where you looked and what you saw.
  • Mention any sign-in or access message and when it occurred.
