Coordinate the launch from the approved brief
A shared example for shift leads and assigned team members.
Use the current approved offer brief as the source for dates, wording, and eligible items. The steps below coordinate preparation; they do not create or change offer terms. Record an unresolved question with an owner before handing it to the next shift.
Launch sequence
-
1
Review the approved brief
The shift lead checks that the team is using the current approved offer details.
-
2
Align the team
Share the approved guest-facing description and identify who will answer shift questions.
-
3
Prepare authorized materials
Use only materials authorized for the offer and follow the location's approved placement process.
-
4
Confirm readiness
Check that the team can find the brief and that displayed materials match its approved details.
-
5
Hand off open questions
Record each unresolved detail, its current status, and the role responsible for follow-up.
Worked launch tracker
Sample role ownership; assign named individuals through the location's normal process.
| Task | Responsible role | Completion or handoff note |
|---|---|---|
| Check the current approved brief | Shift lead | Note which version or source the team reviewed. |
| Share approved guest-facing wording | Shift lead | Record any question the team could not resolve. |
| Prepare authorized display materials | Assigned team member | Report missing or mismatched materials to the shift lead. |
| Carry forward open questions | Outgoing shift lead | Name the next responsible role and follow-up action. |
When launch details do not match
What if a display or team note differs from the approved brief?
Ask the shift lead to confirm the approved source before using the disputed detail. Record the mismatch and follow the location's normal correction process.
What if authorized materials have not arrived?
Tell the shift lead, do not substitute unapproved materials, and record the next action and receiving role in the handoff.
What if a team member is unsure how to describe the offer?
Use the approved guest-facing wording from the current brief. Route any unresolved question to the shift lead rather than guessing.
