Choose how to join a session
Check Calendar for the confirmed time and format; use Town Halls for online access when configured.
Session availability, rooms, and online access depend on the event organizer's confirmed setup. The formats below are illustrative examples, not a promise that every session is available in both formats.
Sample session formats
Use the event's published details to decide how to attend.
In-person sessions
Example sessions take place in meeting rooms at the event venue. Check Calendar for the confirmed time and room before you go.
- Review the session entry in Calendar.
- Confirm the room in the latest event information.
- Follow any event-specific arrival instructions.
Online sessions
Where a session is offered online, use Town Halls to join after the organizer has configured the event and access.
- Check Calendar to confirm the session is scheduled.
- Open Town Halls using Northstar's normal app access.
- Follow the event organizer's joining instructions.
Access and participation
This example does not promise that every session will be livestreamed or recorded, or specify access requirements.
Can't find a session in Calendar
Use Northstar's established internal support route and include the session title and issue.
Can't access an online session
If you cannot access an online session in Town Halls, use Northstar's established internal support route and include the session title and issue.

Do not share passwords or access codes in a public post.
