Town halls: updates and open questions

A town hall is a place for leadership to explain what is changing and hear what employees are seeing. The sample format below starts with context, includes a service-team perspective and a strategy discussion, then leaves time for questions.

Before: prepare a specific question using the Ask Leadership example. Follow the session organizer's published instructions for that event. After: look for a written recap that records answers given and open follow-ups.

This page describes a sample format, not a shared calendar or a schedule of confirmed sessions.
