Training FAQ
Answers to common setup and operating questions about Training.
For what the app is and how to set it up from scratch, see the
Training Overview.
Setup
Do I need to configure anything before employees can take courses?
No. Once Training is enabled, you can create a course, publish it and enroll learners straight away. Two settings under Settings › Enrollment and Completion are on by default, and they are worth checking first:
- Allow Self-Enrollment lets employees enroll themselves in courses from the catalog.
- Require Passing Quiz means a learner must pass every required quiz in a course before it counts as complete.
Who can create and manage courses?
HR Admins, business admins and Training app admins can do everything in Training. Under Settings › Permissions you can hand out three tasks without making someone a full Training admin:
- Who can create a course? Anyone you add can start a course and becomes its Instructor: they build its lessons, and once the course is live they can publish new versions of it. A Training admin puts a new course live and changes its details. They can’t edit other people’s courses.
- Who can enroll other people in training? You can choose Managers — their own direct reports only or specific groups.
- Who can view training reports? This covers everyone’s progress and scores, so there is no “everyone” option.
Each course also has a Roles tab for per-course help. Instructors manage that course’s content and lead its sessions. Coordinators manage its enrollments and session rosters but can’t change content.
Can a course need approval before it goes live?
Yes, if you turn it on. It’s optional: under Admin › Approval Workflows, create a Course publication workflow. After that, a Training admin or the course’s Instructor sees Submit for approval where Publish used to be. Approvers are notified. While the request is open, the person who can submit it can also click Withdraw request, revise the course and submit it again. Coordinators can’t submit a course.
Approval doesn’t publish the course. It makes Publish available, and someone still has to click it. For a self-paced course, an approval covers one version: approving v2 doesn’t let v3 go live, so each new version needs its own approval. A course that was live before and was then unpublished can be published again without approval.
How do people find out about a new course?
Publishing a course puts it in the catalog, marked New for 30 days. Whether anyone is told depends on Tell people when a course is published in Training Settings (off unless your organization turns it on):
- On: as the course goes live, everyone who can open it gets the feed post, the notice (by email too, where they have an address) and a post in every chat room or channel subscribed to new Training courses. Publishing a new version says so in its message, and nobody is told twice about one version.
- Off: nobody is told until a Training admin uses Tell people.
To announce it by hand, a Training admin uses Tell people. It’s offered right after you publish, on the course page, and on a MangoApps course’s row once you show it in your catalog. You choose who to tell (everyone who can see the course in the catalog, or only some groups, departments, locations, job titles or roles) and how:
- Post it on the feed. One post with the course’s picture and a link. Only the people you chose who can see the course see the post. It’s taken down if the course is unpublished, archived, made assign-only or hidden. This option appears only while the feed’s Training — allow posting to the feed setting is on.
- Send a notice in the app, and by email as well if you like. Nobody who already has the course is told, and nobody is told twice about the same version.
- Post in chat rooms and channels. One post in each of your chat rooms, or Microsoft Teams or Slack channels, that you pick — find them by name, up to 8 at a time — with a link to the course. Everyone in the room sees the post, whoever you chose above, but only the people who can see the course get past the link. Each post is listed on the course page, where you can remove it.
You can add a note, and Suggest a line drafts one for you. It goes with the post, the notice, the email and each room. Nothing is assigned.
To send a course to a colleague, use Share instead. Learners have it on the course page, Instructors have it on the course’s admin page, and Ask AI can do it too.
Permissions and access
Why can’t I enroll myself in a course?
You can only enroll yourself when two switches are both on. The first is your company’s Allow Self-Enrollment setting. The second is the course’s own Allow self-enrollment from catalog option. When either is off, the course still appears in the catalog but shows View details instead of Enroll. Ask your Training admin to assign it to you.
Why can’t a manager see a team member’s training progress?
The Team Dashboard shows a manager only their direct reports. If the employee doesn’t report to that manager, they won’t appear. HR Admins, business admins and Training app admins see every employee. A person with no direct reports and no admin role can’t open the team pages at all.
Day-to-day
How does a course count as complete?
A course is complete when the learner has finished every required lesson in the course version they were enrolled in. If Require Passing Quiz is on (the default), each required quiz also needs a passing attempt. For an instructor-led course, session attendance counts instead of lesson progress.
A Training admin, or the course’s Instructor or Coordinator, can also use Mark Complete on an enrollment. When a course completes, the platform:
- issues the Certificate of Completion, if Issue Certificate of Completion is on for the course;
- grants any skills or certification the course awards;
- emails the learner’s manager, if Manager Notifications is on (the default);
- updates the learner’s progress on any learning path that contains the course.
What lesson types can I add to a course?
Seven types are available:
- Text: a reading with rich text and images.
- Video: an uploaded file up to 500 MB, or a link. YouTube, Vimeo and Bunny links play inside the lesson. Loom and Wistia videos can’t be played inside the course; the lesson offers a link that opens them in a new tab.
- Document: a PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, text or RTF file under 50 MB.
- Quiz: a quiz from your quiz library.
- SCORM: a SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI, cmi5 or AICC package in a .zip under 100 MB.
- Partner course: a course you license from a content partner such as Go1 or OpenSesame.
- Practice: a scenario from Practice Hub (only when Practice Hub is enabled).
Can I move a course to another organization?
Yes. Open the course, select the version you want to transfer, and click Export course ZIP. Open the completed task in Background Tasks to download the package. In the destination organization, go to Courses → More course actions → Import course ZIP, choose the ZIP and click Import as drafts. Both actions require Training admin access.
The package includes the selected version’s lessons, uploaded videos and captions, documents, SCORM source packages, checklists, quizzes and question images, plus the course cover and intro video. Recorder-backed videos become uploaded videos in the copy. External video links remain links. The destination gets new records and new file copies, with a new title if that title already exists.
The imported course is always a new draft. Enrollments, learner history, certificates already awarded, access grants, prerequisites, instructors, pricing and organization-specific workflows are not transferred. Partner-licensed and Practice Hub lessons must be removed from a copy before exporting. Pasted file-storage links must be replaced with lesson attachments or portable links before export. Packages can be up to 5 GB, with individual files up to 500 MB. A damaged or unsupported package fails without creating a partial course.
Import Courses (CSV) and Export Courses (CSV) transfer catalog fields only; use the course ZIP for lesson content and files.
Can I transfer all native courses at once?
Yes. In Courses → More course actions, choose Export all native courses (ZIP). The export includes all organization-owned native courses, including archived courses, regardless of the list’s filters. It takes each course’s published version if one exists, otherwise its draft. MangoApps system courses are excluded. If any course cannot be packaged, the task fails and identifies the problem; no incomplete collection is offered for download.
Download the collection from the completed Background Task. In the destination organization, use Import course ZIP and Import as drafts. Every course becomes a new draft with independent files. All drafts are saved together: an invalid course or cancellation creates none. Retrying the same background task does not create duplicate courses; submitting the ZIP again intentionally makes new copies.
A collection supports up to 1,000 courses and 5 GB, including the combined expanded course content. Collections also allow up to 10,000 files, 10,000 lessons, 50,000 quiz questions and 50 MB of manifest content. Individual course and attachment limits still apply. For larger libraries, export courses individually. A collection contains separate course ZIPs, so you can also extract and import them individually.
Can I export a native course for another LMS?
Yes. Select the course version and choose Export SCORM 2004. If the item is dimmed, it says why that course can’t be exported (for example, it has a practice or sign-off lesson). Download the completed ZIP from Background Tasks, then import it into an LMS that supports SCORM 2004 4th Edition. This is the only SCORM export version supported.
The package includes a standalone player for native text, uploaded videos and captions, documents, and all eight native quiz question types. It saves lesson progress, quiz results and resume position through the destination LMS. Uploaded files are included; external media links still require internet access. Written responses remain unscored and are recorded as LMS interactions. Your original course and learner records stay unchanged.
SCORM export is for organization-owned, self-paced courses. Partner content, Practice Hub, sign-off checklists, completion-proof workflows and nested SCORM lessons cannot be exported this way. Convert embedded SCORM to native first, or remove unsupported lessons from a copy. Question pools are not supported yet. Each exported quiz allows up to 100 questions and written responses up to 1,000 characters; larger combined response data may require splitting a quiz to fit SCORM’s resume limit. The destination LMS manages enrollments, certificates and reporting.
Can I convert a SCORM course into editable native lessons and quizzes?
Yes. Open Courses → More course actions → Import course ZIP, select SCORM ZIP → editable native course, and upload one SCORM 1.2 or 2004 ZIP up to 500 MB. The result is a new unpublished draft that you edit with the normal Training lesson and quiz editors. It can also be exported in the native course ZIP format.
Conversion recovers static HTML, supported local images, packaged videos/documents and recognized question banks. Rustici literal question banks become native multiple choice or true/false questions; QTI 2.x choice questions with explicit answer keys and standard exact scoring become native multiple choice or multiple select. Numeric questions become unscored text responses with their expected answers retained in explanations. Review them before publishing.
Open the draft’s Conversion report to see counts and gaps. Proprietary authoring formats, script-generated interactions, branching, animations and custom scoring may require manual rebuilding or the original authoring project. This is not a lossless conversion of every SCORM package. If no editable content can be recovered, the import fails without creating an empty course. To keep the original interactive experience, add the package as a SCORM lesson instead.
Before the draft can be published, open Review conversion and acknowledge each item it lists. Publish is refused until every item is acknowledged, and editing the draft afterwards asks for the review again.
Improve with AI is an optional next step on the converted draft when Training’s AI tools are available. It opens a page of suggested improvements to the draft’s lessons that you preview, then apply or discard one by one; an applied change can be undone. Conversion itself does not use AI, and nothing is published automatically.
Can I convert an existing SCORM course without downloading its ZIP?
Yes. Open the course, select the version you want, and choose Convert to native. Training converts its stored SCORM packages and copies its native lessons and quizzes into a separate draft. Your original course and learner progress stay unchanged. Follow progress in Background Tasks, then review the new draft’s conversion report. This is available to Training administrators for organization-owned courses; system and licensed partner courses are excluded. A missing or unsupported package fails the conversion without creating a partial draft.
How do automations enroll people automatically?
Automations live under Enrollments › Automations. Each one either assigns training to people or sends reminders and messages. An assign automation starts from one of three triggers:
- Calendar Date: runs once on a date, or repeats on a schedule.
- User Profile Date: runs on, before or after a profile date such as hire date.
- On Course Completion: runs when someone completes any of, or all of, the courses you pick.
A fourth trigger, Attribute Change, is offered only where job-change tracking is switched on for your environment. You narrow who is included with criteria such as Role, Department, Location, Job title, Hire date, Employment type, Cost center, Division, Custom field or Group. Preview shows who would be matched before you commit.
How do I give experienced people a different programme from new starters?
Put each experience tier in a group and point training at the group. Training has no tier setting of its own, and it doesn’t need one: a tier is a set of people, and groups are how the platform names a set of people.
- Under Admin › Groups, add a group for each tier you use, for example “First trip” and “Experienced hands”. A group can list people by hand, or match them by attributes such as job title, job level or hire date, so it keeps itself up to date.
- In Enrollments › Automations, add one assign automation per tier and narrow it with the Group criterion: the full induction courses for the first group, the refresher for the second. Preview shows who each one would enroll.
A course’s Difficulty Level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) is a label on the course for the catalog. It does not decide who is enrolled.
Onboarding works the same way: an onboarding template’s Audience is a group, so each tier can get its own plan.
How do I make a course award a skill or certification?
Open the course and go to Completion & Certificate. The Skills & Credentials integration section there lists what the course awards. Pick any number of skills under Awards skills. Pick at most one under Awards certification. A learning path has the same section.
You can also set this up from the credential’s side. In the Skills & Credentials app, a credential’s form has a How this is earned section with a Courses that award it picker. Both places edit the same link, so a change made in one shows up in the other. Because a course awards at most one certification, a course that already awards a different one is greyed out in that picker, marked “— already awards …”. Remove the other certification from the course first. The picker lists only published courses.
Does a certificate expire?
The Certificate of Completion never expires. It is permanent proof that the learner finished the course. Expiry applies to what the course awards:
- A certification expires after the course’s Certification Expiry (days). If that is blank, the certification’s own Standard validity from Skills & Credentials applies. If neither is set, it never expires.
- A skill expires after the course’s Skill validity (days). If that is blank, the Default skill validity setting in Training Settings applies: No Expiry, 90 Days, 180 Days, 1 Year or 2 Years.
How do I re-enroll people automatically when their certification expires?
Create an assign automation for the course and set Perform to Reassign or Assign & Reassign. Then set Reassign when to a number of days Before or After Certificate Expiry. The automation re-enrolls each person whose certification from that course expires on that day.
Separately, the Remind employees about expiring certifications option on the Settings page sends reminders ahead of expiry, once autonomous operations are switched on in the AI Console. Its Certification reminder lead time accepts 1–30 days and defaults to 7. Training stays quiet when another app already announces the expiry: it sends nothing while Skills & Credentials announces your expiries itself (its expiry alerts or its agent), and nothing for a certification an active Safety Hub requirement covers. Those apps send the reminder instead. While Skills & Credentials sends them, both settings are disabled on the Settings page, with a note saying why.
How do learning paths work?
A learning path groups courses into ordered steps. Each course in a step is either Required or Optional. A step can also ask for a set number of its optional courses, such as “any 2 of these 4”. The path is complete when every step’s requirements are met.
Show steps in order marks the steps after the learner’s current one as Locked. This is guidance, not a hard lock: learners can still open any course in the path. Paths have their own enrollments and completion tracking. They also have their own self-enrollment option, which is off by default.
Can I duplicate an existing course?
Yes. The copy includes the course’s lessons and is created unpublished, so you can edit it before anyone sees it. A copy of one of your own courses is titled “(Copy)”, then “(Copy 2)” and so on. A copy of a catalog course keeps its title and becomes your own editable course.
Can I delete a course?
A Training admin can delete a course from its Edit course page, in the Danger Zone panel (choose Edit from the course’s row menu on Courses, or open the course and click Edit course). That includes an archived course. Deletion is refused in three cases:
- anyone is enrolled in the course, including people who completed it;
- an SOP or a policy links to the course as its training. Remove the link first;
- a Frontline Execution campaign or an inspection template requires the course.
The Danger Zone also offers Archive Course for a course that people are enrolled in, and for a course that has been published and still has a lesson or session to publish. An archived course is unpublished and leaves the catalog, and every learner’s record and certificate stays. Publishing it again restores it, which needs at least one lesson in a self-paced course. A course with nobody enrolled that has never been published, or has no lesson left, can only be deleted. Ask AI can’t delete or archive a course.
How do sign-off checklists get signed?
A sign-off checklist lesson lists practical items a qualified person watches the learner do. A Training admin, the course’s Instructors and Evaluators, and — when the checklist allows it — the learner’s manager can sign. Nobody signs their own checklist.
Signers find who is waiting under Checklists to sign in Training’s menu. Open a learner to sign each item as met or not met, with a comment. To sign one item for several learners in one sitting (a skills fair, say), use the bulk option on that checklist. A signature can be withdrawn with a reason, and a signed checklist can be reopened with a reason so it can be signed again from the start; both stay in the item’s history. The Checklist sign-offs report lists every signature.
What does lesson help do?
On a text or video lesson, Explain simply and Give me a work example ask Ask AI about that lesson only, using its text or its approved video transcript (document and other lesson types have no lesson help). Show source opens the words the answer was drawn from. It is offered when Ask AI and the Training assistant are on for you. For a video, the course author first approves the transcript with Review transcript for lesson help on the lesson’s edit page; until then, video lessons have no lesson help. It changes no progress or grade.
Can I pass a whole team at once?
No. There is no action that passes everyone at once. When a learner has genuinely finished, a Training admin, or the course’s Instructor or Coordinator, can use Mark Complete on that person’s enrollment. Ask AI can do this too, one enrollment at a time, after you confirm it. Require Passing Quiz (Training → Settings) applies to every course in the company, not to one team or one course.
Can I add my certificate to LinkedIn?
Yes. Open the certificate from My Records → Certificates and choose Add to LinkedIn. LinkedIn opens its “Add license or certification” form with these filled in:
- the course or learning path name;
- your company as the issuing organization;
- the issue month and year;
- the certificate number and its verification link;
- the expiry month and year, when the course granted a certification or licence that expires (the completion certificate itself never expires).
You review it and save it in LinkedIn yourself. Nothing is posted for you, so add each certificate on its own.
Can a training report be emailed on a schedule?
Yes. Click Schedule on any report page. The schedule keeps the filters you had on screen. Or click Scheduled reports on the Reports page to see every schedule and create new ones. Each schedule emails the report as a CSV file daily, weekly or monthly (on a day from 1 to 28). Emails go out at 7:00 AM in your organization’s time zone. From the list you can Pause, Resume or Send now.
You can add up to 50 recipients. Each one needs an email address and must be allowed to view Training reports under Who can view training reports? Training admins manage every schedule. Anyone else who can view reports manages only their own.
When something looks wrong
“I finished all the lessons but the course still says In Progress”
This is usually a quiz the learner hasn’t passed yet. When Require Passing Quiz is on, a required quiz needs a passing score, not just a submission. The default pass mark is 70%.
If the course has no quizzes, check that the learner finished every required lesson in their own course version. Lessons added in a newer version don’t count toward an existing enrollment. An admin, Instructor or Coordinator can use Mark Complete if the learner genuinely finished.
“My employees didn’t get enrolled automatically”
Date-based automations are checked once a day, in the early hours (UTC). An “On the hire date” automation picks up the people whose hire date is that day. Check three things:
- The automation is active. An inactive automation never runs, and Run Now refuses to run it.
- The criteria match the employee’s profile. Preview lists everyone the automation’s criteria cover. For a User Profile Date, On Course Completion or Certificate Expiry automation it also says who Run Now would cover today, by your own calendar.
- The employee’s profile has the date the trigger uses, such as a hire date.
To avoid waiting for the next daily run, open the automation and click Run Now. For a User Profile Date, On Course Completion or Certificate Expiry automation it enrolls only the people that day’s run would, never everyone the criteria cover; its confirmation says how many. A run can be reversed from its history. Enrollments where the learner has already made progress are kept.
If a person’s hire date is often entered after that date has passed, set Also catch up anyone whose day for this automation was in the last … days on the automation’s User Profile Date trigger. The daily run and Run Now then also enroll anyone whose date fell in that many days before the trigger day and who has never had the training; someone who already had it, finished it, left it or was removed from it is not enrolled again. A date entered later than that window is not picked up: enroll that person by hand from Enrollments → Manage Enrollments.
“The SCORM lesson says it’s processing”
Training imports the package itself after you upload it, and the lesson shows Processing… until the import finishes. If an import is still unfinished after 15 minutes, it is retried once. If it still doesn’t finish, the lesson shows Failed with a message saying what went wrong. Re-export the package if the message asks you to, then upload it again.
“Where did this certification on my profile come from?”
Completing a course that awards a skill or certification adds it to your Skills & Credentials profile automatically. On My Skills, a credential earned this way carries a Training: badge naming the course. Admins and managers who open the credential’s details see the same course under Earned from.
Quizzes
What question types can a quiz have?
There are eight types: Multiple choice, Multiple select, True / False, Text, Ranking, Matching (Text), Matching (Image) and Hotspot. Every type except Text is graded automatically. Text answers aren’t scored and don’t count toward the score, and no staff screen shows them. A quiz made only of text questions is complete once it’s submitted.
What quiz settings can I configure?
- Passing Score (%): 0 to 100. The default is 70.
- Max Attempts: leave blank for unlimited attempts.
- Time Limit (minutes): leave blank for no time limit.
- Allow retakes: Always (the default) lets a learner retake while attempts remain, even after a pass. Only after fail stops retakes once the learner passes.
- Cooldown between attempts: a wait in minutes. Leave it blank for no wait.
- Score policy (which attempt counts): Highest (the default), Latest, Average or First.
- Question display: One question at a time (the default) or All questions on one page.
- Shuffle question order is off by default. Show correct answers after submission is on by default.
Instructor-led training
How do instructor-led sessions work?
Set a course’s delivery mode to Instructor-led to schedule live sessions. Each session is a Classroom, Webinar or Hybrid session and has 12 seats by default. When a session is full, new registrants join a waitlist. They are promoted in order as seats open. Open sessions also appear on Calendar’s Events page.
When your workspace uses Surveys, you can choose a Session evaluation survey under Instructor-Led settings. It is sent when a session is finalized, to attendees only; no-shows don’t get it.
How do I run a class that repeats every week?
Open a session’s roster and choose Repeat. Pick how it repeats and when it ends, up to 104 sessions, and every date is created with that session’s place, instructor and capacity. Carry the roster forward gives everyone on that session a place on every date, and each person hears about it once. The class goes on people’s calendars as one recurring event, not one invite per date.
A recurring class has its own page, with who is in it, a grid of who came to which date, and its sessions. Add people there takes people, a pasted list or whole groups, up to 1,000 at a time. Add more sessions extends it, and End series calls off the dates still to come and keeps what was attended. A learner can give up one date and stay in the class, or join and leave it from the course page.
How does a recurring class give credit?
A course’s Recurring classes give credit setting decides. Once for the series gives one completion after attending the sessions the series requires, which is all of them unless you set a smaller number when you repeat the session. For each session makes every attended session a completion of its own, so its date and credits are on the transcript. A manager email and a recognition post are not sent for each of those. Credit is given when the session is finalized, and any completion proof the course requires still applies.
Can an instructor-led course have a sign-off checklist?
Yes. Open the course, choose the Sign-off checklist tab and press Add checklist. The course then completes only when someone has attended the class and every item is signed, in either order. On a recurring class that means the sessions the series requires. Finalizing a class still records who attended: anyone whose items are not signed yet shows Checklist open on the roster, and their course completes with the last signature, with no second Finalize.
The course’s Instructors and Evaluators and Training admins can sign. On a course that names no Instructors, so can whoever runs the class, for the people on it. On a roster, Sign off this class opens one item for everyone on that class. Someone an item was signed Unmet for can come to the next class and be signed there.
A course set to give credit For each session cannot hold a checklist, because each session is its own completion and the signatures would start again every time. When you change a checklist, people already being signed off keep the one they started on, and everyone else gets the new one.
How do people check in to a class?
On a session’s roster, Check-in code opens a screen to show the room: a QR code a phone camera opens, and a code to type under Check in in Training. People on the roster are marked attended as they check in, during the session and for a short time around it. An instructor can also choose Mark everyone present and then mark the few who were not, on the roster or on a phone from Sessions I run. Attendance is kept with the rest of the company’s attendance records, and Session Attendance under Reports shows how each was recorded.

- Ask AI — the assistant answers Training questions from these articles.
Can I practice after completing a course without changing my grade?
Yes. If a Training administrator has approved a refresh set, choose Keep this fresh on the completed course. Your refresh practice is always on the course page (Your refresh practice), and My Learning offers it as your next step when you have no other course to continue. It is separate from formal attempts, grades, certificates and XP. You can pause, snooze or stop it at any time. If you enable optional return reminders, refresh notices share the limit of one per day and two in seven days. Optional reminder schedule → Off stops scheduled return and refresh notices.
Can an approved language course satisfy my assignment?
Choose an offered language before starting. An independent administrator must approve the exact course editions for equivalent credit. Video, documents and practical activities require their own coverage review. Your results and certificate belong to the language course you actually complete; a separate receipt satisfies the original assignment. If an administrator withdraws the approval before you finish, your choice is released: you are told in the app and continue on the original course. If the approval goes out of date (a newer edition is published, or a course is archived), the course page says so, and a Training administrator releases your choice with Release language choice.
How do I share learning or get a useful contribution recognized?
Use Share a takeaway in a current text, video or document lesson to edit a note and choose where to send it. Sharing grants no access. Use Put this learning to work on a course to submit a private example, an accepted answer or a published correction for independent review. AI can help organize your account, but a human verifies it. Recognition is a separate explicit action, carries no points or money in this workflow, and is private unless you allow public recognition. You can withdraw your contribution.
Does a change briefing replace a new assignment?
No. It helps you see changes since your completed edition. Authors can add a reviewed explanation; changed files and activities may still need direct review. Your assigned work and due dates still apply.
Returning to learning
On My Learning or a started course, open Remind me later to choose tomorrow, three days or a week and a preferred time. Undo snooze clears that course’s snooze. Optional reminder schedule → Off stops optional return and refresh notices; with the schedule Off, Remind me later reminds you once about that one course and leaves the schedule Off. You come back to the page you pressed it on. The schedule is personal to your organization; deadlines do not change. At most one optional reminder per day and two in seven days are sent, subject to access, activity, notification preferences and higher-priority deadlines. Without a chosen time, your next step stays on My Learning without scheduled messages.
Recap previous lessons summarizes up to three completed text lessons or approved video transcripts in your course edition. It is a partial AI recap with source links; quizzes and unsupported content are excluded. You must request it. It does not change completion or grades.
