Printable On-Call Schedule and Contact Instructions — Print a day-by-day on-call schedule with tap-to-call numbers, and let each person say how they want to be reached when they're on call.

Printable On-Call Schedule and Contact Instructions — printable on-call schedule with phone numbers for hospitals and operations teams

On-Call can now print the paper schedule many teams keep by the phone. You choose a date range of up to 31 days and one pool or all of them. The sheet then lists each day's on-call windows with the time, the Primary and Backup roles, who is covering, the shift notes, and phone and work numbers that dial when tapped. An outside service's window prints with its own number, and a shift nobody is covering is marked Unfilled, so gaps are easy to spot.

Each person can also add their own instructions for reaching them, such as "Call pager first, then cell if no callback in 5 minutes." Those instructions appear on the printed schedule, on the pool's Currently On-Call list on desktop and phone, and in Ask AI's answers about who is on call. On-call managers can add them for the people they manage. Admins choose in On-Call Settings whether phone numbers sit behind a Contact button or appear under each name on the Currently On-Call lists, the Operations board and incident pages. Only numbers the People directory lets the reader see are shown or printed.

Use case: A hospital's nursing supervisor prints next week's on-call schedule for the nurses' station, with each physician's callback instructions and numbers ready to dial, and posts it by the phone.

Available in: On-Call → Pools → Print schedule; On-Call → My On-Call → Contact instructions; On-Call → Settings → Phone numbers display

Event Tickets — Share the stadium, arena and theater seats your company holds, with employee requests, recorded draws, delivery checks and one payroll sheet per period.

Event Tickets — share company event tickets and suite seats with employees

Event Tickets is a new app for companies that hold seats at stadiums, arenas and theaters. A coordinator sets up an event with one or more blocks of seats, and each block has its own audience, request window, price and seat limit. A block can be first come, first served, or decided by a draw when requests close. Seats can be a fixed number or bought once demand is known. Employees see only the seats they're eligible for, on desktop, on their phone or through Ask AI, along with what the seats could cost them before they accept the ticket policy and the payroll deduction. Each draw keeps its full order, so a coordinator can explain why someone wasn't picked, and seats someone gives back go to the next person in line.

Before an event, each ticket holder confirms what arrived, so a missing ticket or parking pass comes to light while there's still time to fix it. Coordinators can also download an Excel list for the venue. At the end of each payroll period, a coordinator closes it into one Excel sheet that covers every event. A chosen Payroll group is notified and gets a link to the sheet, and any later fix is added as a correction row, so the original sheet is never edited. Blocks the company pays for, such as sponsor seats given away as a perk, never reach payroll.

Use case: A company with season seats opens its club seats to all staff, runs a draw when requests close, buys only the seats it needs and gives Payroll one deduction sheet at month end, with no spreadsheet tracking by email.

Available in: Event Tickets → Upcoming Events and My Seats; Event Tickets → Manage Events; Event Tickets → Delivery; Event Tickets → Payroll

Interviewer Pools and Live Availability — round-robin interview scheduling based on interviewers' calendars

Interview Hub (formerly Interview Scheduler) now offers candidates times based on interviewers' live availability. It reads each interviewer's working hours, minus calendar meetings, leave, appointments, other interviews and blocked time. The same times appear on the candidate's booking link, in the recruiter's picker and in Ask AI. A hiring stage can also use an interviewer pool, so candidates choose any time someone in the pool is free and the interview goes to whoever has done the fewest recently, within each person's daily limit. If an interviewer declines, leaves or gets a new calendar conflict, the interview moves to the next free person in the pool and the candidate isn't disturbed.

Use case: A high-volume recruiting team sets up a pool of eight hiring managers for first-round interviews, so candidates book the earliest open time and the work is shared out evenly without anyone checking calendars.

Available in: Interview Hub → Interviewer Pools; Interview Hub → Interview Workflows → Stage → Scheduling

Stage-Driven Interview Scheduling — automate interview logistics and candidate emails for each hiring stage

Each stage in an interview workflow can now say what its interview needs, and Interview Hub arranges it once the time is booked: a Microsoft Teams or Zoom meeting, a room and a guest pass for the visitor. If the interview moves, these move with it, and if it's cancelled they are released. A new To Schedule list shows which candidates are waiting for their next round, and a stage can send its scheduling link automatically when a candidate reaches it, by email or text message. Admins can reword each interview email for candidates and interviewers, for all stages or for one stage, and choose which documents each audience receives, such as the job description, resume or interview guide.

Use case: A talent acquisition team runs an on-site final round where every booking automatically reserves a meeting room, issues the candidate a visitor pass and sends interviewers the resume and interview guide.

Available in: Interview Hub → To Schedule; Interview Hub → Settings → Interview Emails; Interview Hub → Interview Workflows → Stage → Scheduling

E-Signature requests can now list people who should receive a copy of the finished document but don't need to sign it, such as a manager, an HR partner or a client's office. Add them alongside the signers when you create the request. Once everyone has signed, each person gets the signed PDF by email. If the document is very large or includes protected personal numbers, they get a message asking them to request it from the sender instead. The people copied are shown on the request on desktop and phone, and each copy sent is recorded in the request's audit trail.

Use case: An HR coordinator sends an offer letter for a candidate to sign and adds the hiring manager and payroll lead, who each receive the signed PDF as soon as it is complete.

Available in: E-Signature → New Request → Send the signed copy to

Instructor-led training sessions can now repeat. Choose Repeat on a session and its dates become one calendar series, so attendees see a single recurring event in Outlook or Google Calendar instead of an invite for every date. The same people carry from one date to the next, and you can add them one at a time, from a pasted list or by group, up to 1,000 people. Each class has a check-in code that people scan with their phone camera or type in, and instructors can mark everyone present, then mark the few who were absent, from a desktop or a phone. A course setting decides how credit is given: one completion after a set number of sessions, or each session counted on the transcript as its own completion. An instructor-led course can also include a sign-off checklist, and it completes only when the person has attended the class and every checklist item is signed.

Use case: An L&D team runs a weekly leadership class for 300 managers, and attendees check in by scanning a QR code at the door instead of being marked present one row at a time.

Available in: Training → Course → Sessions → Roster → Repeat; Training → Course → Sessions → Roster → Check-in code

Featured Files in Drive — pin important company documents for a team

Drive managers can now feature up to six important files for a chosen group of people, so the documents they need most often are easy to find. You can pick the group from saved audiences, departments, locations or job titles, without building a new audience first. Featured files appear at the top of the drive and on each person's Home page, on desktop and on the phone. Drive warns you when some people in the group can't open the file, and nobody is shown a featured file they don't have access to.

Use case: A grocery operations manager features the current deli food-safety checklist and the holiday schedule for everyone in the Deli department, and both appear on those employees' Home page.

Available in: Drive → File → ⋮ → Feature this file

HR can now add a new hire before their first day without them showing up in the company too early. When the person's start date is in the future, their sign-in invitation is held and goes out on the morning they start, in the company's time zone. Until then, onboarding emails and preboarding links go to the personal email address entered when the person is added. People who haven't started yet are left out of the people directory, the org chart and Communications audiences, while HR still sees them in its own lists, and Admin › Users shows "Starts" with their start date.

Use case: A retail HR coordinator adds a new store associate two weeks before they start, so the associate completes preboarding forms from their personal inbox and receives their work invitation on their first morning.

Choice questions in Forms can now end with an "Other" option that respondents fill in with their own answer. Form owners turn it on with a switch beside Add option in the builder, and can rename it, for example to "Something else". When a respondent picks it, a text box opens underneath, on desktop, on the phone and on shared public links. The typed answer appears as "Other: …" in responses, exports, PDFs and receipt emails, and show/hide rules can respond to it, so you no longer have to predict every possible answer in advance.

Use case: An HR team asks employees which benefit matters most to them, and someone who picks "Other" types "Commuter support", which then appears in the response export alongside the listed choices.

The people who help a new hire now get phone pages built for them in Onboarding Hub. From a phone, a manager, mentor, buddy or HR partner can see where the new hire stands and how far the plan has progressed, check what's next (overdue items first) and which check-ins are still to be held, and see who else is on the plan. They can also start Day 1, nudge a hire who owes something, or start a welcome huddle. Scheduled check-ins can be recorded on the phone with a rating, notes and feedback, and links in notifications now open these phone pages instead of a squeezed desktop page.

Use case: A store manager walking the floor on a new hire's first week opens the onboarding notification on their phone, sees one overdue task, nudges the hire and records the end-of-week check-in before the shift ends.

Available in: Onboarding Hub → mobile app → Plans, Tasks and Check-ins

Request Tracking in Power Tables and Mini Apps — self-service request tracking for employees

Power Tables and the mini apps built on them now support a complete request workflow. A new "Their own rows" access level lets admins give people read access to only the records they submitted, or the records that name them, so an employee can follow their own request without seeing everyone else's. Every record now has its own page with its details, status and history, plus a comment thread where the requester and the team handling it can discuss the request and @mention colleagues. Admins can also choose which fields the Add form asks for, set their order, and show a follow-up question only when an earlier answer calls for it.

Use case: An employee submits a design request through the new Design & Creative Requests template, opens "My requests" to see where it stands, and answers the creative team's question in the record's comment thread instead of sending an email.

Available in: Power Tables → Sharing → Their own rows; Power Tables → Table → Add form; App Builder → Templates → Design & Creative Requests

Download Form Responses to Excel or CSV — export form submissions to a spreadsheet

Admins can now download all the responses to a form as an Excel or CSV file, with one column per question. They can choose which submission statuses to include and limit the download to a date range, and the filtered Submissions list can export full responses for one form or just the selected rows. Answers read the same way as on the printed submission, and questions a viewer is not allowed to see are marked as restricted.

Use case: An operations manager downloads last month's store safety checklists into Excel and compares every location's answers side by side.

Available in: Forms → Form → Download responses; Forms → Submissions → Export

Onboarding templates can now decide which forms, documents, tasks and checkpoints a new hire receives based on their employing legal entity, their home country and state, the country and state of the location they are joining, or their age band on their start date. A location condition now also covers every site within a chosen region, and every condition can be set to "is" or "is not". This lets organizations with several entities, countries or age-specific rules keep one template instead of many.

Use case: An HR team at a multi-entity employer sends UK tax forms only to hires who live in the UK, and pension forms only to those under State Pension Age, from a single onboarding template.

New Pages Posted to Chat Channels — Sites and Wikis can now post a newly published page into the chat channels an admin picks, as a card with its cover and an Open link. Policy Acknowledgments in Onboarding Plans — HR can add any published Policy Hub policy to a new hire's onboarding plan or template, and newly required policies now reach hires already partway through onboarding.

New Pages Posted to Chat Channels — share new intranet and wiki pages in team chat

Sites and Wikis can now post a page into chat channels when it is published, so news reaches people in the conversations they already follow. An admin picks the channels in each app's settings, and every published page appears there as a card with its cover, a short summary and an Open link. A page goes to the channels whether it is announced automatically on publish or someone presses Tell people. Only pages that everyone in the organization can read are posted, so a page meant for a smaller group is never shown in a wider channel.

Use case: An internal communications team publishes a new benefits page on the HR site, and it appears straight away in every location's chat channel, where employees open it from the card.

Available in: Sites → Settings → Notifications; Wikis → Settings → Notify on Wiki Publish

HR teams can now add a company policy for a new hire to read and acknowledge directly to an onboarding plan or template. Previously a policy reached onboarding only when it was marked required for everyone it applied to. The picker lists published policies that ask for acknowledgment and shows which ones the plan already includes. It also warns when the hire is outside a policy's audience, and adding the policy anyway still asks them to acknowledge it. Templates can carry a policy too, so every plan made from them asks the hire, in their local version when one applies. When a policy is published, made required for onboarding or given a wider audience, it is now also added to the plans of hires who are already partway through onboarding, due the day it is added.

Use case: An HR coordinator adds the remote-work policy to a new engineer's onboarding plan during preboarding, and the hire acknowledges it from their checklist before their first day.

Available in: Onboarding Hub → Plan → Add to stage → Policy acknowledgment; Onboarding Hub → Templates → Tasks → Add policy acknowledgment; Policy Hub → Policy → Required for Onboarding

Training can now post new courses straight into the chat channels where your teams already talk. A Training admin picks the channels, such as every location channel or a single team's channel, and each new course appears there as a card with its cover, a line like "Self-paced · 6 lessons · 45m" and an Open the course button. A new setting can also announce a course as soon as it is published, on the News Feed and to everyone who can open it, so nobody has to remember to send the news. It is off until an admin turns it on. Each channel can switch off an update it doesn't want. Anyone in the channel can see which apps post there from the channel's Members panel, and admins can see what every app posts across the company's channels in Chat settings.

Use case: An L&D manager publishes a new food-safety refresher, and it shows up right away in every store's location channel, where shift leads open it from the card instead of searching the course catalog.

Training Recall, Return Reminders and Team Actions — Learners can keep finished courses fresh with optional recall questions and reminders they schedule themselves, and managers see the training actions their team is waiting on in one list. Personnel File Requests and Detention Notice Choice — Employees can ask HR for a free copy of their personnel file from their profile, and can choose whether their emergency contact is told if they are arrested or detained at work.

Training now helps people remember what they learned after they finish a course. When an admin approves a set of review questions for a course, learners can choose Keep this fresh. A few recall questions then come back over the following days and weeks, and they have no effect on grades, certificates or attempts. Learners who stop partway through can pick when they want a reminder to return, and can ask for a short AI recap of earlier lessons, with links back to the lessons it draws from. In My Team, managers get a list of Actions for your team: checklist sign-offs, assessment follow-ups, expiring credentials and overdue assignments, each with a button that opens it. Admins can also approve a translated course as equal to the original, so an employee who completes it in their own language meets the original assignment.

Use case: A warehouse supervisor opens My Team on Monday and signs off three forklift checklists, while the new hires who finished safety training get a few recall questions over the next two weeks to keep the procedures fresh.

Available in: Training → My Learning → Keep this fresh; Training → My Learning → Remind me later; Training → My Team → Actions for your team; Training → Course → Languages

People adds two employee self-service options for state employment laws. Employees can ask for a free copy of their personnel file from their own profile. The request goes to the organization's privacy requests list with its five-business-day due date, as New York requires, and every administrator is notified. Employees can also say whether their emergency contact should be told if they are arrested or detained at work, as California SB 294 requires. They can answer on their profile, on the phone or during onboarding, and the answer appears to everyone who can see their emergency contacts.

Use case: An HR team with staff in New York and California handles personnel file requests and emergency contact preferences in the HR system instead of by email and paper forms.

Weekly Reports is now available to every organization. Each person writes a short weekly report covering their wins, what got done, next week's plan and anything they could use a hand with. They can fill in a form, start from work they finished in other apps, or talk it through with the assistant in Ask AI by typing or by voice, on desktop or phone. Reports appear on a wall that shows the week's wins and requests for help first. Teammates can press I can help to message the writer, and last week's plans come back as a question so unfinished work doesn't get forgotten. Admins set up each team's template, schedule and readers. The weekly request arrives in each person's own time zone, and people on leave all week are not asked. Reports are never scored.

Use case: A regional operations manager replaces the Friday status email thread with Weekly Reports and reads the whole team's week in one view, starting with the store leads who need help.

Contests have a new way to pick a winner. Voters see two entries at a time and choose one. The pairs are chosen automatically, so no one ever sees their own entry or their own team's, and the final order is worked out from every vote. Each place is labeled Clear finish, Strong finish or Close call. A location or department contest can have one entry per team, with a gallery of up to 30 photos and 2 short videos, and organizers can upload every team's photos at once from a folder. Organizers can share a voter link, print a QR poster, put Scan to vote on digital signage, keep the results private until they publish them, and share a public results link that names entries and teams but not people.

Use case: A retail chain runs a holiday window display contest between its stores, and employees across the company vote on pairs of store photos from their phones, so a small store's display is judged next to a flagship's on equal terms.

Available in: Contests → New contest → Submissions decided by → This or that

Course ZIP Import and Export — move training courses between organizations

Training admins can now package a complete course as one ZIP file and import it into another organization. The export includes the selected version's lessons, uploaded videos and captions, documents, SCORM packages, checklists, quizzes and the course cover. Each import creates a new draft course with its own copies of the files. Enrollments, learner history and access settings are not transferred, and a damaged package fails without leaving a half-built course. This lets organizations with more than one site, and partners who build courses for clients, reuse the same course instead of rebuilding it by hand.

Use case: A healthcare group that builds its patient safety course in one hospital's organization exports it once and imports it as a draft in each of its other hospitals, with every video and quiz included.

Available in: Training → Course → Export course ZIP; Training → Courses → Import course ZIP

Employees can now share their own proud moments outside the company. A recognition or award they received, a work anniversary, a contest win, a training certificate or their year in recognition becomes a card picture in the company's brand, showing their name, what they earned and the company, but never the private message, the giver or points. From a Share drawer on desktop or the phone's share sheet they can post it to LinkedIn, download the image or copy a public link, see how many times it was viewed, and stop sharing at any time. Colleagues can also post a public recognition, award, anniversary or contest win into a chat room, a channel, a Microsoft Teams or Slack channel, or to a colleague, with the card shown under the message. Companies choose whether sharing is allowed with a single Shared moments switch.

Use case: A nurse who receives a hospital-wide excellence award shares the branded card on LinkedIn from the award itself, and can stop sharing it at any time.

Available in: Recognitions → Recognition or award → Share; Training → Certificate → Show it off; Portals → Shared moments

Daily Celebrations in Chat Channels — celebrate employee milestones in team channels

Chat channels can now turn on Celebrations. Each channel that does gets one card a day naming the people celebrated that day, including recognitions, work anniversaries, contest wins and training certificates. The first three people appear with their card picture and the rest in one line. The card is posted with the day's first celebration and updates in place as more arrive, so a busy day stays one post instead of many. Team recognition cards in channels now carry the award's picture on the web, on the phone and in the API.

Use case: A regional manager turns on Celebrations in the #store-managers channel, and each day the team sees one card with that day's anniversaries and award winners without anyone posting them by hand.

Available in: Chat → Conversation settings → Celebrations

A finished inspection now compares itself, item by item, with the same location's previous completed inspection on the same checklist. It shows the change in score and marks each item that failed again, failed for the first time or has been fixed since the last visit. While an inspection is still being carried out, the items that failed last time are marked, so the inspector knows where to look first. The comparison appears on the inspection page and report, the printable report and PDF, the mobile app, the API, and in Ask AI answers about an inspection.

Use case: A district manager running a monthly food-safety audit sees at a glance that the walk-in cooler temperature check has failed two visits in a row and can raise a corrective action before the next health inspection.

Training has a new lesson type for skills a learner cannot sign off on their own. Authors write a checklist of sections and items, and Training admins, course Instructors, a new per-course Evaluator role or, if the lesson allows it, the learner's manager sign each item as Met, Unmet or N/A. Each sign-off records the signer, their job title, the time and the way the skill was checked, using a list of methods your organization edits. Evaluators work from a Checklists to sign queue on desktop or phone, or sign one item for up to 100 learners at once during a skills fair. Earlier sign-offs are kept when an item is signed again, a sign-off can be withdrawn with a reason, and a finished checklist can be reopened. The sign-offs appear on the learner's transcript PDF and in a Checklist sign-offs report with CSV export, and can be checked or recorded through Ask AI.

Use case: A hospital educator runs an annual skills fair and signs off the infusion-pump competency for forty nurses in one sitting, and each nurse's transcript shows who validated the skill, how and when.

Available in: Training → Course → Checklist lesson; Training → Checklists to sign

Coggno Courses in the Partner Catalog — off-the-shelf compliance training courses in your LMS

Coggno courses now join the other content partners in the Training Partner Catalog. An administrator licenses a Coggno course the same way as any partner course and adds it to a lesson. It then plays full-page in Training's own course player on desktop and phone, and when the learner finishes, the lesson is marked complete. When Coggno updates a course, the new version reaches every lesson that uses it.

Use case: An HR manager who needs harassment-prevention training for a new state licenses a ready-made Coggno course and assigns it to employees there, without building the course or opening a separate learning system.

Available in: Training → Course Licenses → Partner Catalog

Payroll Prep reports now include every leave payout approved in the pay period as its own Leave Payout line, with hours and pay. This covers a leaver's final leave settlement, cash-outs of banked time, and year-end or expiry payouts from Leave Management. Payouts count toward total pay but not hours worked. A person who has left is kept on the file when they have a payout, even with no timesheet in the period, and a payout approved after the report was prepared is listed separately so it is not missed. The Leave Payout line also appears in the CSV, PDF and JSON exports and in the Payroll assistant.

Use case: A payroll administrator closing the period sees a departing employee's unused vacation as a Leave Payout line on the pay file, so their final paycheck includes what they are owed.

Available in: Payroll Prep → Payroll report → Leave Payout, with payouts from Leave Management

Once a training course, a Sites page or a wiki is live, the person who published it can now choose Tell people and announce it in a single send. The announcement can go out as a News Feed post, an in-app notice, an email, and a post in the chat rooms and Microsoft Teams or Slack channels they pick, with an optional note and a suggested line written for them. Only people who can open the content are told, each person is told once per version, and the feed post comes down if the content is unpublished, archived or restricted later. New courses also carry a "New" badge in the Training catalog, which can now be sorted by Newest, and Sites pages and wikis can be shared with a colleague or a channel, as courses can.

Use case: An L&D manager publishes a new food-safety course and, in the same step, posts it to the News Feed and the #store-managers channel so every eligible employee finds it that day.

Administrators can now decide which stores managers may build schedules and manage shifts at: the stores they're assigned to (the default), all stores, or only their primary store. Before saving, the setting shows how many managers each choice would leave without a store or take stores away from. The choice applies everywhere a manager schedules, including the schedule and shift pages, Assign Staff, open shifts, the team calendar, the API and Ask AI, so multi-location businesses with shared managers can cover several sites without workarounds.

Use case: A retail chain whose district managers cover staffing gaps across nearby locations selects All stores, so any manager can publish shifts at any store in the region.

Available in: Shifts & Scheduling → Schedule Settings → Scheduling Authority

Each customer account in Mango CS now has a Company News card: Find recent news searches the last 30 days of news for the account's name and domain and keeps the top headlines on the account. Account files can be replaced with a new version while earlier versions are kept, each with who uploaded it and when, and every document gains comments and Remind me. Customer success managers can also log one meeting recap to several accounts at once, set a reminder on any recap, and copy goals and outcomes from one success plan to another.

Use case: Before a quarterly business review, a CSM checks the account's Company News for a recent acquisition, uploads the updated contract as a new version, and logs the joint meeting to both the parent and subsidiary accounts in one step.

Book a Room from a Calendar Meeting — meeting room booking from calendar invites

A meeting in Calendar can now hold a room from Bookings. "Book a room" lists the rooms that are free or busy at the meeting's time. The room is booked for each date the meeting runs, and it moves or is released when the meeting is rescheduled or cancelled. Guests can also answer an invitation with Yes, No or Maybe straight from Gmail, Outlook or Apple Calendar, and their answer is recorded on the event. The event form has a simpler time picker that accepts typed times such as "2p", and repeat options now sit beside the end date instead of in a separate pop-up.

Use case: An office manager sets up a weekly team review, books the third-floor conference room for every week in one step, and sees guests' replies from their Outlook inboxes on the event.

Available in: Calendar → New Event → Book a room, with rooms from Bookings

Onboarding Templates by Department and Job Title — role-based employee onboarding plans

Onboarding templates can now be aimed at the departments and job titles chosen from your organization's own lists, so a new hire in Sales no longer receives the Engineering plan. The same rules apply however the plan is started: a new hire, a hire from recruiting, an internal move or a request to Ask AI. Each template says who it is for, and its page previews which recent new hires would have received it. Template and library tasks can also be checklist tasks, and every onboarding plan made from the template gets the same checklist items.

Use case: An HR manager builds an onboarding plan for warehouse associates with a "Prepare workstation" checklist, and every new associate hired at any location gets that plan and checklist automatically.

Available in: Onboarding Hub → Templates → Applies to

Edit Your Navigation Rail — personalized app navigation for employees

Each person can now arrange the navigation rail, the row of up to seven apps beside every page. In Edit Your Rail, each slot is labelled as the person's own app, an app from their dashboard or an app filled automatically. A person can replace an app, move their own apps up or down, remove one, or reset to the dashboard's rail. Administrators choose the apps each dashboard starts its members with in the Dashboard Builder, and any slots left over are filled with apps the company has switched on. Employees see the apps they use most without losing the ones their team relies on.

Use case: A store supervisor replaces an app they rarely use with Shifts and moves Time Clock to the top of their rail, while new hires on the same dashboard still start with the apps HR chose for them.

Available in: Home → Apps panel → Edit Rail, and Admin → Dashboard Builder → Recommended rail apps

Custom Asset Fields — Administrators can add their own fields to the asset form, limit them to chosen categories, and hide or require the standard fields. Daily Celebrations Post — Each day's work anniversaries, new-hire welcomes, promotions and other milestones now appear together in one News Feed post that people can react to and comment on. Decline a Task — A person who is given a task that is not theirs can decline it with a reason, and the task goes back to whoever assigned it.

Custom Asset Fields and Form Settings — custom fields for IT asset management and hardware tracking

Administrators can now add their own fields to the asset form: text, long text, number, date, dropdown or yes/no, with help text. Each field can apply to hardware, software or both, and can be limited to chosen categories, so a field such as IMEI shows only for phones. The built-in fields (manufacturer, serial number, vendor, location and others) can each be hidden or made required. A required field is checked when someone saves the form, but assets created by imports, device sync or purchase orders are never blocked. Those assets are flagged as Missing info instead, with a filter and a count, so the gaps can be filled later. Import templates now follow the asset form, with one file for hardware and one for software, and the extra fields appear in exports, the API, the phone and Ask AI.

Use case: An IT manager adds a required IMEI field for the Phones category and a dropdown for carrier, then downloads the hardware import template, which already has both columns, to load the company's mobile devices.

Available in: Asset Pro → Settings → Asset Form

Daily Celebrations Post — employee work anniversaries and milestones in the company news feed

Until now, the awards Recognitions gives automatically were seen only inside the Recognitions app. These include work and role anniversaries, new-hire welcomes, promotions and certifications. They now appear in the News Feed as one "Celebrating today" post a day, listing each person and their award, so colleagues can react and comment. The post updates through the day as awards are added or revoked, and birthdays stay out. Administrators can turn the post off in the Communications settings.

Use case: A plant with 400 employees sees one morning post naming the three people celebrating work anniversaries and the two new hires who started that day, and their colleagues congratulate them in the comments.

Available in: Recognitions → News Feed, and Communications → Settings → Recognitions — daily celebrations post

People who are given a task that is not theirs can now decline it instead of completing it or leaving it open. They give a short reason, the task goes back to the person who assigned it with a notification, and it leaves the decliner's list. If that person has left the company, the task is cancelled instead, and a Tasks manager can still reopen it. Declining works on the task page, on the phone and through Ask AI.

Use case: A store associate is assigned a regional reporting task by mistake, declines it with "This belongs to the district office," and the manager who assigned it is notified and reassigns it.

Available in: Tasks → Task page → Decline Task

Choose EU or UK Data Hosting at Sign-Up — New companies can choose at sign-up to store their data in the European Union or United Kingdom, and our team sets up their workspace in our Ireland data center.

Sign-up now asks each new company where its data must be stored: the United States, or the European Union or United Kingdom. The answer starts from where the visitor is signing up from, and it can be changed. Companies that choose the European Union or United Kingdom get a workspace in our data center in Ireland, which our team sets up for them. Nothing is created in the United States first. The person who signed up gets a copy of the request and then an email with a link to choose a password and sign in. This helps organizations with GDPR or data residency requirements start on the right region from day one, without moving data between regions later.

Use case: An HR director at a retail chain in Germany signs up, chooses European Union or United Kingdom, and receives a link to sign in to the company's new workspace hosted in Ireland.

Chat Channels and Threads — team chat channels and threaded conversations, a Slack and Teams alternative

Chat now has channels. People can browse public channels, search for one, join it, or create their own, and a channel can be public or private, archived and later restored. Replies can go into a thread in a side panel, so a channel's main conversation stays readable. People follow the threads they care about from a Threads view, and a reply can also be sent to the channel. Messages can be pinned, saved for later, forwarded to up to five conversations, marked unread or set to remind you later. The message box adds polls, scheduled send, voice notes with transcripts, GIFs and drafts that are kept between sessions, and @channel and @here mentions are limited to the people an administrator allows. Each person can choose how much a conversation notifies them, set a status or Do Not Disturb, and jump to any conversation with Cmd+K. All of this works on the web, on the phone and through the API.

Use case: A regional operations team moves its daily updates into a #store-ops channel, discusses each issue in its own thread, and pins the week's priorities to the top so new members see them first.

Available in: Chat → Browse Channels, Threads and Saved

Shift-Aware Chat for Frontline Teams — frontline team messaging that follows locations and shifts

Chat channels can now keep their members in step with the organization. A channel can follow a group, and administrators can create a channel for every location, one for whoever is on shift at each location and a team channel for every manager, so nobody has to add and remove people by hand. A conversation shows who is on shift now. People can @onshift the coworkers currently working, or message whoever is on shift by location and role. Approvals waiting on a person arrive as cards in Chat and can be approved or rejected there, and people can choose to receive their notifications in Chat as well. An Important message can name a backup who is told when the message is not confirmed in time. On the phone, conversations update live, can be translated into the reader's language, and support push-to-talk with a walkie-talkie mode that plays voice clips as they arrive.

Use case: A shift lead at a distribution center sends a message to everyone on shift in the receiving dock, and the supervisor approves a waiting request from its card in Chat without opening another app.

Available in: Chat → Settings, and On shift now in each conversation

Livestreamed sessions can now run the room as well as the stream. A full-screen stage wall behind the speaker shows the question being answered in large type, the next questions by votes and the company's logo, and it opens from a display link that needs no sign-in. Moderators put questions on stage, pin them or clear the stage from the host console, and can replace the link at any time. A QR code on the wall, the host console and a printable sheet lets people in the room sign in on their phones and go straight to the session's Q&A. Each session also chooses whether askers' names are shown to everyone, to moderators only or to nobody. While a session is live, it can take over the Digital Signage screens at the sites the host picks and then hand them back to their usual playlist. Afterwards, hosts can see how many of the intended audience joined at each site, district and region.

Use case: For a quarterly all-hands held in the headquarters cafeteria, the host projects the stage wall behind the CEO, employees scan the QR code to ask questions from their phones, and the break-room screens at every warehouse show the session live.

Available in: Livestreaming → Host console → Stage wall, and Digital Signage screens

Customer Hub Messages — customer success messaging and a shared inbox for customer conversations

Customers can now message their customer success team from Customer Hub › Messages, on desktop and on the phone. The team answers from one shared inbox in Mango CS. A message goes to the account's customer success manager, or to a backup or a fallback team when that manager is away. Replies can include files, customers can answer by email, and only the people in a conversation can see it. In the team inbox, staff filter by unread messages, mentions or messages still waiting for an answer. They can leave internal notes the customer never sees, and they can use AI to summarize a thread or draft a reply, which is never sent automatically. Administrators can send one announcement to many customer accounts, and each customer gets a private copy they can reply to. A customer success manager can share a call or meeting recap with the action items each side agreed to, and each side ticks off its own items. Any thread can be translated into the reader's language, and a customer message left unanswered now lowers the account's health score.

Use case: After a quarterly business review, a customer success manager sends the customer a recap listing what each side agreed to do, and the customer's administrator ticks off their items in Customer Hub as they finish them.

Available in: Mango CS → Messages, and Customer Hub → Messages

Readers of a company post can now send its author private feedback instead of writing a public comment. This helps on announcements where comments are turned off. Only the author and the sender can see the note. The author gets it in their Inbox and can reply, mark it resolved or reopen it later. A Feedback page lists the notes each person has received and sent, by status, on desktop and on the phone. Feedback always shows who sent it, so authors know who to follow up with.

Use case: A store associate notices that a benefits announcement lists the wrong enrollment deadline and lets the HR author know privately, and the author replies once the post is corrected.

Form workflows have a new "Run a playbook" step that starts one of the company's playbooks for each submission and passes it the submitted answers. A submitted form can now set off a multi-step process, such as an incident follow-up or an equipment request, with no manual work. Only administrators can add or change this step. Runs per step are limited each hour, and the step stops when AI Operations is paused. Every workflow step now also records what it did for each submission: whether it ran, was skipped and why, or failed. Form managers see this as a run count, a list of runs, and the steps listed on each submission's page.

Use case: A facilities manager connects the maintenance request form to a playbook that assigns the work order and notifies the site lead, and can check on each request's page that the playbook ran.

MangoApps can now be the identity provider for the other business apps a company uses, so employees who are signed in to MangoApps are signed in to those apps too. Until now, companies needed Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or OneLogin for this. Administrators register an app by pasting its SAML metadata. They then choose which identifier the app receives (email, employee number or a private per-app ID) and which job titles, locations or groups can use it, and copy the details the app needs from the same page. Registered apps appear as tiles in the app launcher, on the Home page and on the phone, and a shortcut can take a person straight to a specific page inside the app. Each company signs with its own key, and every sign-in attempt is recorded in the SSO logs.

Use case: A retailer without a separate identity provider connects its scheduling vendor and benefits portal once, and store employees open both from their MangoApps home screen without another password.

Available in: Admin → Integrations → Identity Providers → Manage apps

Live Captions for Town Halls — closed captions for live employee broadcasts

Livestreams broadcast in MangoApps now show live captions while the host is on air, which makes town halls and all-hands meetings accessible to deaf and hard-of-hearing employees and easier to follow on a noisy shop floor. When scheduling a stream, the host picks the language they will speak: English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish. The recording's captions use the same language. Catch-me-up and the AI recap now draw on what was actually said as well as the chat and questions, so people who join late or miss the session get a more complete summary.

Use case: A plant manager hosts a monthly safety town hall in Spanish, and workers watching on a phone in a loud break room follow along with live Spanish captions.

Available in: Livestreaming → Schedule stream → Spoken language

Hosts now choose how audience questions reach the room. With Open, questions appear straight away. With Filtered, questions caught by the language screen are held. With Reviewed, every question waits for a moderator. Sessions open to the whole company start as Reviewed. Moderators approve, edit or dismiss questions from a live queue, can change the mode while the session runs, and can download all of a session's questions as a spreadsheet afterwards. A session no longer needs to be streamed in MangoApps: it can link to video on another platform, or have no video at all for an in-person meeting. The live Q&A, polls and chat still run in the app.

Use case: An HR team runs a hybrid all-hands in a conference room and on Microsoft Teams, collects reviewed questions from frontline staff in MangoApps, and exports them to follow up on anything left unanswered.

Available in: Livestreaming → Schedule stream → Questions and Video

The app launcher now works as a single sign-on portal for the other business apps a company uses. Administrators can give each shortcut its company's logo from the Asset Library. The tiles appear in Quick Actions, the launcher widget, the Apps page, the phone home screen and intranet sites. Companies that connect Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or OneLogin can also show each person the apps that are assigned to them in their identity provider, so nobody has to keep a separate list of links. A Quick Links block on an intranet page can show each reader their own apps and company links, and a person sees only the apps that are theirs.

Use case: An IT administrator connects the company's OneLogin account, and every employee opens their own payroll, benefits and learning apps from logo tiles on their home page and phone without hunting for bookmarks.

Scheduled forms, such as weekly checklists, monthly self-assessments and recurring safety sign-offs, can now be set to send for the first time on a day and time you choose. Every later send goes out at the same local time, including across daylight saving changes and short months. A schedule's name now opens a run report that lists each person it was sent to and whether they have submitted the form in the current cycle. Managers can then follow up with the people who have not responded without counting submissions by hand. Anonymous responses are never attributed to anyone.

Use case: A district operations manager schedules the Monday store-opening checklist to go out at 7:00 a.m. and checks the run report mid-morning to see which store leads have not submitted it yet.

Available in: Forms → Scheduled Forms → First send and run report

Not every candidate has an email address on file, but FCRA adverse action notices must still be sent and documented. When a pre-adverse or final adverse action notice cannot be emailed, recruiting staff can now record that it was sent by post or delivered in person, with the date, the method and a note. A recorded pre-adverse notice starts the waiting period of business days from its date. When a final notice is due and cannot be emailed, the hiring decision-makers are told. Each recorded notice is added to the audit log and shown on the check's FCRA timeline on desktop and phone.

Use case: A recruiter for a hospitality group mails a pre-adverse action notice to a candidate who has no email address, records the mailing date, and the platform tracks the required waiting period before the final decision.

Edit Office Files in Microsoft 365 — Word, Excel and PowerPoint files in Calendar, Benefits, Performance Management, Sites assets and more now open for viewing or editing in Microsoft 365 for the web. Permit to Work Crews — Safety Hub permits now list their crew, who can open the permit on their phones and are told when it is issued, suspended, cancelled or expires.

Word, Excel and PowerPoint files stored in MangoApps can now be opened in Microsoft 365 for the web, so there is no need to download a file, edit it and upload it again. People who are allowed to change a file get Edit, and everyone else who can see it gets View. Their changes are saved back to the same file, and the download link is still beside every file. This now covers calendar event attachments, benefits plan documents, performance management note attachments, frontline campaign documents, Sites asset library documents, AI Front Office knowledge base articles and customer account documents. PowerPoint decks in Drive now open in Microsoft 365 too, alongside Word and Excel. Editing in the browser is off until an administrator turns it on, and each app's own permissions still decide who can edit and who can only view.

Use case: A benefits administrator opens the dental plan summary from the plan page, corrects the deductible in Word in the browser and saves it, and every employee who opens the plan sees the updated document.

Available in: Drive and other apps → Admin → Media Settings → Office Editing (Microsoft 365)

A permit to work in Safety Hub can now list the crew who will work under it, not only the person who requested it and the person who authorized it. Crew members can open the permit on their phones to check its conditions and precautions. They are told when it is issued, suspended, cancelled, past its end time or expired, so everyone on the job knows to stop when a permit is suspended. People added to a permit that has already been issued are told that it is live. Being on the crew lets someone view the permit, but it does not let them edit or close it.

Use case: A maintenance supervisor issues a hot work permit for three welders. When the safety officer suspends it because of a nearby gas reading, all three get the stop-work notice on their phones straight away.

Available in: Safety Hub → Permits → Crew working under this permit

Personal Home Layouts — Employees can now rearrange and hide the cards on their home dashboard, on dashboards where an admin allows it. Workspace Messages Stream — Posts from every workspace a person belongs to now appear in one stream, where they can react and reply without opening each workspace. Missed-Break Premium Pay — Break rules can now pay a one-hour premium for missed meal and rest breaks, calculated automatically and carried into timesheets and payroll.

Personal Home Layouts — personalized employee home page and dashboard

Employees can now arrange their own home page. On dashboards where an administrator turns on personal layouts, people get a "Customize this page" link. They can drag cards into a different order, move them between columns, hide the ones they don't need and go back to the company layout at any time. A personal layout sits on top of the company's published dashboard, so a card the admin adds later still reaches everyone and a card the admin removes is removed for everyone. Admins can see how many people have their own layout and reset them if needed.

Use case: A store manager moves the shift coverage and approvals cards to the top of their home page and hides the cards they never use, while the rest of the store keeps the standard layout chosen by HR.

Available in: Home → Admin → Dashboard Builder → Personal layouts

Workspace Messages Stream — see posts from all your team workspaces in one place

The Workspace app has a new Messages section that brings together the message board posts from every workspace a person belongs to, with the most recently active posts first. Until now, someone in ten workspaces had to open each one to find out what was new. Filters narrow the stream to unread posts and new replies, mentions, announcements or a single workspace. People can react and reply right on each post card, on desktop and on the phone, and each workspace's pinned posts now lead its own board.

Use case: A project manager who belongs to eight client and team workspaces starts the day in Messages, filters to their mentions, and answers each question in place without opening eight separate boards.

Available in: Workspace → Messages

Break rules can now pay a premium when employees miss a required break: one hour of pay for a missed meal break and one hour for a missed rest break each day, as required in states such as California. The premium is worked out in dollars from the employee's base rate whenever a punch closes or its breaks change, and the same amount appears on the timesheet, the payroll report and payroll exports. Employees also see a single break panel on the time clock, kiosk and phone that shows whether the break is paid or unpaid, when it started, when they are due back and a live countdown.

Use case: A restaurant group in California turns on the premium for its break rule, so an employee who works through lunch gets the extra hour of pay on their timesheet automatically instead of a manager having to add it by hand before payroll.

Administrators can now export a single site, a selection of sites or the entire Sites collection into one package. The package holds pages, files, navigation, site hierarchy, saved company templates and translations. They can then import it into another MangoApps domain. Imported sites arrive as new private drafts owned by the admin who imported them, and the originals are never changed. A setup review shows anything that depends on the original domain, such as restricted audiences or links to forms and policies, so each dependency can be reconnected once and applied everywhere it is used. This helps organizations that build an intranet in a test or staging environment, run separate domains for different regions or brands, or are combining domains after a merger.

Use case: A communications team builds a new benefits portal in their staging domain, exports it, and imports it into production as drafts. They pick audiences there and publish when it is ready, without rebuilding a single page.

Available in: Sites → Settings → Export & Import

396 Sites Templates — ready-made intranet site and page templates

The Sites template gallery has grown to 396 site and page starters. 321 of them are new, and 23 existing starters have been refreshed. Each template comes with reviewed sample content and properly sourced images, so teams can start from a page that already looks finished instead of a blank canvas. Templates you have already installed and customized are left untouched.

Use case: An HR team that needs a new-hire welcome hub picks a matching starter from the gallery, swaps in its own text and photos, and publishes the same afternoon.

When you ask AI to draft a form, inspection checklist, performance review template, onboarding plan, table, playbook, mini app or job posting, it now starts from the closest template you already have. Your company's own saved templates come first, then the MangoApps template gallery. AI-generated drafts therefore follow the structure, wording and standards your organization already uses, and you spend less time reworking them. If nothing close exists, AI drafts from scratch as before. Templates restricted to certain roles or audiences are never used as a reference.

Use case: A safety manager asks AI for a new forklift inspection checklist, and the draft follows the sections and rating scale of the company's existing equipment inspections instead of a generic layout.

Available in: Forms → Create with AI, and Ask AI and the draft-with-AI buttons across Inspections, Performance Reviews, Onboarding, Power Tables and Recruiting

Writing a company post no longer means guessing how the formatting will turn out. The Communications composer now shows bold and italic text, links, numbered and bulleted lists, @mentions and pictures as readers will see them, while you write. It works in Compose, when editing a published post and in the phone composer. Posts written earlier, including drafts written with AI, open and save without changing how they look, so teams can switch to the new editor straight away.

Use case: An internal communications manager drafts a step-by-step benefits enrollment announcement with a numbered list, links and a mention of the HR lead, and sees it exactly as employees will read it before publishing.

Organizations that already have a Mux video account can now connect it to Livestreaming. Their town halls, all-hands meetings and leadership Q&As then stream through an account they own and control. An administrator enters the account's access token once under Admin › Integrations, and the connection can't be enabled without it. If the company's account ever refuses to start a stream, the host, the stream page, the sync logs and Livestreaming settings all say it was the company's own connection and who needs to fix it.

Use case: An enterprise IT team that already has a Mux contract connects it in a few minutes, so the CEO's quarterly town hall streams through the company's own account.

The Sites gallery has ten new starter templates, each built around a common reason for an internal page:

Company Home

IT Support

New Colleague Welcome

Department Home

Culture in Practice

Operations Handoff

Knowledge Guide

Location Welcome

Initiative Brief

Leadership Update

Each starter comes with pages and a structure that suit that purpose, and uses your company's details and brand colors. The editor's colors are now the same in the page preview, on the live site and on the phone.

Use case: A facilities manager opening a new distribution center starts from the Location Welcome starter and fills in arrival details, parking and accessibility information instead of designing a page from scratch.

People now records work assignments: a person posted to a location for a set period, such as a rotation, a site posting or a project trip. Each assignment is kept apart from the person's job record and home location. Admins can add assignments by hand, bring them in through Smart Import, or receive them from a scheduled feed. Employees get a "My Assignments" page on desktop and phone that shows where they are going, when they start, who to report to and at what time, the legs of the journey, and how many pre-arrival items they still have open. Reports, audience targeting and site rosters can count people at the location they are working at today, not only where they are based.

Use case: A mining contractor posts a crew to a remote site for six weeks. Each worker sees the start date and reporting contact on their phone, and the site lead's roster includes the crew for the whole rotation.

Onboarding templates can now link a task to the course, policy, SOP, certification or licence that satisfies it. If the person already holds a valid one, the task is added to their plan as complete, with the reason and the expiry date shown. Returning employees and crews posted back to the same site no longer repeat inductions, medicals or policy sign-offs that are still current. People who do not hold a valid completion get the task as usual, along with a note on what will satisfy it. Carry-over is off for each task until an admin turns it on, because some requirements must be redone every time.

Use case: A seasonal worker rehired in spring keeps credit for the safety course they finished last autumn, and only has to complete the items that have expired.

Training coordinators can now add up to 25 people at a time to an instructor-led session. They can do this after the self-registration deadline, and can go over capacity when they choose to. Each person is notified in the app, by push and by email. Sessions can be held at a company location and offered to a specific audience group. Learners see the session that best fits their location, arrival date and audience at the top of their list, along with the reason it was suggested. Booked sessions now appear on the calendar of each attendee and the instructor, and sync to Outlook or Google Calendar. Instructors also get a "Sessions I run" list on their phone that shows how full each session is.

Use case: A regional training coordinator fills Monday's forklift certification class with this week's new starters at the warehouse, and the session appears on each starter's calendar automatically.

The owner and any co-owners then get an in-app notification that links to the response, plus an email if they have an address on file. Teams that collect requests, registrations or feedback from people outside the company can follow up quickly without checking the responses list throughout the day.

Coordinators, site managers and business owners can see where their agreements stand without opening reports or asking the legal or procurement team.

It shows the decisions waiting on you (approvals, pages sent back, pages ready to publish or scheduled), a "Pages that need care" panel that counts pages with no owner, broken links, stale or soon-to-expire content, changed linked items and required reading that is falling behind, and a summary of each of your sites with readership over the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Each count opens a focused list of exactly those pages, with the fix in reach for anyone allowed to edit them, so a growing intranet stays accurate without manual audits.

Use case: An HR communications lead opens Sites on Monday morning, sees four policy pages expiring within 30 days and two with broken links, and fixes them from one list before employees run into outdated information.

Available in: Sites → Dashboard → Pages that need care

Procurement can now create a draft purchase order as soon as an inventory item reaches its reorder point. The draft is grouped by vendor and pre-filled with the item's preferred supplier, price and reorder quantity, and the low-stock alert and weekly digest link straight to it — or explain why no draft could be made, such as a missing supplier. Drafts are never submitted, approved or sent on their own, so purchasing teams keep full control while no longer rebuilding the same reorder by hand.

Use case: A facilities coordinator receives a low-stock alert for cleaning supplies and opens a ready-made draft purchase order, reviews the quantity and submits it for approval in under a minute.

Available in: Procurement → Settings → Create a draft PO when an item reaches its reorder point

Admins can now turn on automatic submission for timesheets that employees have not submitted by their due date. The day after a timesheet is due, its recorded hours are submitted for manager approval, clearly marked as auto-submitted and with any missing punches flagged. Employees are told beforehand and notified afterward, and can recall the timesheet until their manager approves it — keeping payroll on schedule without treating the submission as the employee's own sign-off.

Use case: A retail store manager closing out the pay period no longer has to chase part-time staff who forgot to submit — their recorded hours arrive in the approval list the day after the deadline, ready to review.

Bookings now has a public API, so other systems can work with your rooms, desks and other bookable spaces. With an API token or an OAuth connection, an integration can list spaces and list, create, change, check in to and cancel bookings. Separate read, write and cancel permissions let admins grant an integration only the access it needs. Facilities and IT teams can connect room panels, visitor systems, workplace analytics tools or internal portals without asking employees to book in two places.

Use case: A facilities team connects its lobby check-in kiosk to Bookings so that visitors and employees check in to their reserved meeting room at the front desk, and the booking is marked as used.

Available in: Bookings → API → Spaces and Bookings

Admins can now import desks, meeting rooms and other bookable spaces from a spreadsheet. A new Import Spaces button on the Spaces page opens Smart Import, which maps your columns to the right fields so you don't have to add each space by hand. This is useful when you roll out desk booking to a new office, take on a new floor, or move from another room-booking tool.

Use case: An office manager opening a new location uploads a spreadsheet of 120 hot desks and 15 meeting rooms, and every space is ready to book the same afternoon.

Course authors can now decide how long the skills and credentials a course awards stay valid. Before, every course used the company-wide default. A new Certificate Validity (days) field in the course builder lets each course set its own renewal period. If the field is left blank, the course keeps using the default in Training Settings. This helps compliance and safety teams match recertification periods to real rules, such as an annual safety refresher alongside a two-year equipment certification.

Use case: A safety manager sets forklift operator training to expire after 365 days while general workplace orientation follows the company default, so each one comes up for renewal on the right schedule.

When an SOP, wiki page, policy, library item or knowledge-base article is overdue for review, its owner now sees an "Is this still accurate?" prompt on the page, on desktop and mobile. If nothing has changed, one tap confirms the content and restarts its review cycle. The owner doesn't have to make a placeholder edit, and the "Last updated" date stays the same. Confirming content this way doesn't replace a formal approval of the article. Teams that manage large sets of procedures and knowledge can keep review schedules current, and employees can see when someone last confirmed what they are reading.

Use case: An operations lead whose safety procedure is due for its annual review checks that it still applies, taps "Still accurate," and the procedure moves off the overdue list until its next review date.

Available in: Content Governance → Content I own → Still accurate (also on SOP Hub, Policy Hub, Wikis, Library and knowledge-base article pages)

Policy acknowledgment campaigns now include employees who have no email address. Before, they were left out. Each of these employees gets the signing request and any reminders in their in-app Inbox. They open their own signing step and confirm who they are with a text-message code, their password or their PIN. The request closes as soon as the package is signed, declined, expired or voided. Employees with an email address still get the emailed invitation, so one campaign covers the whole workforce.

Use case: A retail HR team rolls out an updated code of conduct to every store, and hourly associates without company email sign it from the app on their phone.

The Time & Attendance screen on mobile now lists an employee's missed shifts from today and the past seven days. Each shift shows whether it is still waiting for the manager's review, was excused (with the reason) or was not excused. While a missed shift is still unexplained, the employee can tap "Explain this absence to your manager" and report the reason from their phone. Workers don't need a desktop to find out how an absence was recorded, and managers get the context before they decide.

Use case: A warehouse associate who missed Tuesday's shift for a family emergency sees it marked as missed on their phone and sends their manager an explanation before the absence is reviewed.

Every submitted RFP response now has a "How did it go?" card where the person responsible for the bid, or an RFP Desk admin, can mark the bid as won or lost. If the outcome was recorded by mistake, they can change it or clear it. Marking a bid as won starts an answer harvest: the approved answers from the winning response are sent back as candidates for your answer library, and a reviewer decides which ones to keep. Proposal teams get a record of how each bid ended, and the library grows from the responses that won business.

Use case: A proposal manager hears that the company won a large services RFP, marks the bid as won in RFP Desk, and the team's subject-matter experts are invited to add the winning answers to the library for the next questionnaire.

Question check-ins in Workspaces used to accept only written replies. They can now ask for one of several answer types: pick one from a list, yes or no, a number with an optional range (1 to 5 makes a rating), or a date. Each answer can carry an optional comment. Above the replies, the results show a tally for each cycle: how many people picked each choice, and the average, lowest and highest for numbers. Earlier cycles stay available for comparison. Team leads get a status they can read at a glance without going through every reply, and answering takes members a few seconds on desktop or phone.

Use case: A project lead runs a weekly "How confident are you in the launch date?" check-in on a 1–5 scale and watches the team's average move from week to week, with each person's comment explaining their score.

Warehouse Overview — Inventory and stock dashboard for warehouse teams

The Procurement home page now has a Warehouse section for the people who manage stock and pick orders. It shows low-stock and out-of-stock items, the five items that need restocking most urgently, orders waiting to be picked, deliveries waiting to be received, and recent stock movements in and out. Admins also see total stock value and value by category. A location picker narrows the view to one site. Staff assigned to specific locations see only their own shelves. The same tiles and pick queue appear on the mobile dashboard. The inventory list also gains an "Out of Stock Only" filter.

Use case: A warehouse supervisor opens Procurement at the start of a shift, sees three orders waiting to be picked and two items out of stock at their location, and works the pick queue from their phone on the floor.

A Power Tables column's type used to be fixed once the column was created, so correcting a mistake meant adding a new column and moving the data across by hand. Admins can now change the type of an existing column, for example from text to a choice list, a number or a date, directly in the column editor. Every value is kept. If some values can't be converted, the editor says which ones are in the way rather than changing anything.

Use case: An operations admin who imported a supplier list with "Status" as a free-text column turns it into a choice column, so the existing values become selectable options and filters work on them straight away.

Organizations can now send every agreement through one designated reviewer, with up to five backups who take over in order when the primary approver is out of office or a deadline is close. Each request arrives with an approval brief — the needed-by date, an AI risk score, and every change the other party asked for along with the rep's decision — on email, the one-click approval page, the contract page, and mobile. Approvers can reject with comments and attach a redlined Word file that becomes the next version, and e-signature only opens once the contract is approved.

Use case: A legal lead reviews every customer agreement before signature; when they are on leave, the first available backup receives the request automatically, so a sales deal due Friday is never stuck waiting in one inbox.

Performance cycles can now name the review types they collect, and every matching review files itself into the right cycle and quarter or half-year element as it is created. Admins can add existing reviews by describing them in plain words, such as "all annual reviews in 2026 for Seattle", preview where each one will land, and add them in one step. A new Analytics tab shows the cycle's average rating, rating distribution, and averages by element and department.

Employees who receive recognition can now reply with a one-tap "Say thanks" that reaches the person who recognized them, on desktop and mobile. Givers also get a daily summary of how many colleagues celebrated their recognition, and managers are notified when their direct reports are recognized by peers. New notification categories let each person choose how they hear about recognition for them, for their team, and points that are about to expire.

Shift Marketplace has a new setting that lets two coworkers trade shifts that overlap or fall on the same day. Before, a scheduling conflict blocked these swaps even though each person was giving up the shift that caused the conflict. When the setting is on, the shift each person gives up is left out of the conflict, daily-hours, and rest-time checks. Location, team, role, and any other overlapping shift still apply. Coworkers whose trade would clear the conflict are notified when a matching shift is listed, and the apply form suggests the shift to offer in exchange. The setting is off by default, so schedulers decide whether to allow it.

Use case: A retail associate on an 8am–4pm shift can trade with a coworker on 12pm–8pm the same day, which was blocked before because the two shifts overlap.

The Sites page editor now has a Pages panel. It shows the site's menu as a tree, plus a list of pages that are not in the menu, along with search and draft labels. Editors can drag pages, or use the keyboard and the row menu, to reorder them, nest them under a parent, or add them to or remove them from the menu. The order you set is the order the site menu shows, so page order and navigation can no longer drift apart. On smaller screens, extra menu items move into a "More" menu.

Use case: An intranet manager reorganizing an HR department site can move the benefits pages under a new "Benefits" section, and leave a draft page out of the menu until it is ready, without leaving the page they are editing.

Policy Hub can now use AI to read the key facts in a policy, such as leave days, pay dates, and notice periods. Each fact waits for review by the people who manage that policy. Once approved, the facts show in a Key Facts card on the policy page, and Ask AI uses them to answer employee questions. Each fact shows the date it took effect and the policy version it came from. A fact that has ended, or that came from an older version of a policy that has since changed in a meaningful way, is no longer used, so answers stay in line with the current policy.

Use case: An HR team approves "Bereavement leave, immediate family — 3 days" once, and an employee who asks Ask AI about bereavement leave gets that exact answer, sourced from the current policy.

Most organizations already have their training content in standard operating procedures, policy PDFs, and printed manuals. Training admins can now upload one of those documents from the Courses page, and the platform builds a draft course from it, organizing the document's sections into lessons. The course stays a draft until you review and publish it, so nothing reaches employees or triggers enrollments until you are ready. If a conversion does not succeed, the import stays on the page with its status so you can see what happened and try again.

Use case: A safety manager uploads the 12-page forklift operating procedure as a PDF and gets a draft course with a lesson for each section, which they edit and publish the same afternoon instead of rebuilding it by hand.

A schedule keeps the report's current filters and emails the CSV daily, weekly, or monthly at 7:00 AM in your organization's time zone. Recipients are limited to people who are allowed to view Training reports. Date-based reports cover the period since the previous send. A Scheduled page lists every schedule with its next send and the result of the last one, and you can edit, pause, resume, send immediately, or delete a schedule from there.

Use case: An HR director has the course completion report for the warehouse locations emailed to each site manager every Monday morning, so overdue compliance training is followed up without anyone logging in to pull the numbers.

The MangoApps for Chrome side panel now includes Password Manager. When you are on a sign-in page, logins saved for that site appear first. You can search all your entries or filter by Personal, Team, and Favorites, copy a username or password, view one-time codes with their countdown, and save a new login with a generated password. Copied passwords are cleared from the clipboard after 30 seconds, even if the panel has been closed. If your organization requires identity verification before a password is shown, you verify in the panel and the same attempt limits and lockout as the web app apply. Every copy and reveal is recorded in the audit log, as it is on the web.

Use case: A store manager signing in to a supplier portal opens the side panel, sees the team's shared login for that site at the top, and copies the password without looking it up in a spreadsheet or asking a coworker.
